It’s Christmas Day. And whether you celebrate or not, this day has a weight to it that’s impossible to ignore.
The quiet feels louder.
The joy around you feels sharper.
And the absence of your baby feels overwhelming.
Today’s episode is not about fixing your grief or making today feel “okay.” It’s about sitting with you in it. Letting you know that you’re not wrong for how you feel, that your baby is remembered, and that there is room for all of it — anger, sadness, love, resentment, gratitude, and even moments of joy.
Christmas has a way of drawing lines in the sand.

“They would’ve been this old.”
